Tonja Wells is the owner and a Licensed Medical Aesthetician at WellSkin Med Spa in Dallas, Texas, where she has specialized in aesthetic treatments for over 18 years. Wells combines her expertise in skin care, laser treatments, and injectable procedures with a background in art, allowing her to bring an artistic approach to the services offered at her clinic.

Rosie Cavazos, RN, BSN

A licensed Registered Nurse with a BS degree from Baylor University and with over 20 years experience in the field of medical aesthetic nursing, Rosie has the skill, experience and knowledge to help you make an educated choice as to how you can best achieve a natural, youthful and healthy appearance. Through individualized counseling in a confidential setting, she will help you get acquainted with the art and science of facial dermal fillers and Botox Cosmetic. You will receive honest and insightful advice, resulting in a customized treatment plan.

Leslie Gross, RN, BSN

Medical Aesthetic Nurse
Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Leslie received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from West Coast University in only two years. She then began her career as a surgical nurse in the operating room for various adult and pediatric procedures. From the OR, she went on to work for an aesthetic wellness clinic, as her keen eye for symmetry and artistic love for injectables lead her to specialize in medical aesthetics.

Through BOTOX and injectable fillers, Leslie’s a goal with each patient is to enhance their beauty and make them feel even more beautiful than they already are. When she’s not working or completing Texas Woman’s University Family Nurse Practitioner program, you’ll likely find her traveling, cooking, playing golf or tennis, or spending time with her family, boyfriend and two dogs.

Alexis VanKerkhove, PSCLT

A proud graduate of Arizona State University, Alexis brings over 25 years of experience as an expert medical technician specializing in the Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery field. As a Professional and Senior Certified Laser Technician, she is highly skilled in a wide range of advanced treatments—including laser skin rejuvenation, photofacials, laser hair removal, vein therapy, and body sculpting.

Alexis also offers extensive expertise in medical-grade skincare procedures such as Hydrafacials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and oxygen facials. Known for her precision and personalized approach, Alexis is passionate about helping clients achieve radiant, healthy, glowing skin. With a career spanning over 15 years, Sonia Tovar joined WellSkin Medspa in 2016 as a licensed medical aesthetician. Her passion in aesthetics started in a boutique spa in Dallas and quickly transitioned into the medical aesthetics and plastic surgery. Passionate about skincare and a Certified Senior Laser Technician, she is extensively trained in various lasers, microneedling, dermaplaning and oxygen therapy facials. Through her dedication and customized treatment plans, your skin will be renewed, refreshed and radiant.
